18 Baby It's Cold OutsideAll over the area the plants are covered up, hoping not to lose any of the tropicals. The nurseries, groves and strawberry farmers are spraying fine mists of water to protect their crops. I will be doing quite a bit of pruning in another month as the bougainvilleas, fire spike, gingers and a couple of others got burnt last night. The warm December meant there was a lot of tender new growth.

I'm sorry about the flowers but it is nice to see a photo with this theme that has sunlight and lots of green it it. :)

You know that the supermarkets charge extra for pre-wrapping stuff, this will be expensive.
Florida never gets real cold. Only once every ten years. Nicely done.
We got some honeybells from Flordia early January. We were lucky they arrived before Florida got a freeze. Here we fear cold weather for the gardens in October!
