256 Reflections
I like gazing balls and this one is my favorite. It sits in the bottom of a old bird bath. I think I dropped the top and broke it. I like the reflections off the ball and the anole sitting there reflecting that it sure is quiet without my daughter's dogs chasing him.

The images "in" the glass are incredible! Great shot. Be sure to tell the anole to enjoy the peace and quiet while he can! Looks like he's close to the Mexican petunia "hunting grounds." :O)

Well, I had to Google 'Anole' to find out what I was looking for. Then I was trying to see one in the reflection...and then finally! I saw him perched on the base. Does he come by often? We have lizards in our yard, too, and the cat brings them in and turns them loose just to see them (and ME) run to catch them. We have a catch and release program going here. Sometimes they are missing a tail, but they run when I put them back in the garden.
